Hi Lastochka,
Great photos! I do like sunny winter days. I wish I could visit Russia in such days. Little by little, I am discovering on the Net the greatness and beauty of Russia's arctic and interior territories and peoples. It is truly a huge country, with immense possibilities, and probably some benefits from a warmer climate. The Northern Sea Route is one example. Anadyr and Khabarovsk are magnificent towns in the extreme east, and even the worst siberian gulag areas are in progress. I think Russia can one day be the greatest civilzed country on earth.
